I have been doing a TON of analysis on cycle syncing.
I’ve downloaded the MyFlo app, got author Alisa’s “In the Flo” the book and I’ve pieced collectively a great begin for the month of June.
There are 4 phases of the menstrual cycle & you’re alleged to work out and incorporate totally different meals to assist your hormones in these intervals.

FOODS TO INCORPORATE:
JUNE 1-4 (luteal part): brown rice, cucumber, garlic, apple, peach, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, beef/Turkey, halibut, peppermint, spirulina.
JUNE 5-9: (menstrual part) wild rice, beets, kale, mushrooms, blackberry, watermelon, kidney bean, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, pork, tamari.
JUNE 10-15: (follicular part) oat, barley, artichoke, carrot, avo, lemon, Lima bean, cashew, rooster, eggs, nut butter, sauerkraut.
JUNE 16-21: (ovulation part) quinoa, asparagus, spinach, tomato. Raspberry, strawberry, pink lentil, almonds, pistachio, salmon, tuna.
